We specialize in precision mechanical work and the construction of mechanical parts according to design. We are experts in CNC turning and milling applied to a vast range of materials. We manage a large number of treatments and coatings on our products, to always provide our customers with a finished and tested product.
We work with flexibility, meeting customer needs. We operate in various sectors, such as Industrial Automation, Robotics, Packaging, Design. The uniqueness of our structure allows us to work on small series, customized projects (including assembly) or prototype parts.
Our company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and all its processes are codified and followed rigorously. All supplies are subjected to precise testing. Each order is monitored by dedicated personnel, as is the activity of each of our suppliers. We dedicate time and care to training our collaborators and to the maintenance of our machine park.

Automatic and manual turning, up to a maximum length of 3000mm and a diameter of 400mm.
3 to 5-axis milling operations, up to a maximum length of 2000mm.
Roller construction is a specialty of NB Mechanics. We have a dedicated area, complete with welding department and balancing department.
We build mechanical parts and manage their assembly according to the required specifications.
Laser cutting, bending, welded carpentries complete the range of our machining operations.
We integrate our machining operations with additive technology, always proposing new constructive solutions.
Materials
A wide range of materials for every type of application. We work with ferrous and non-ferrous materials, stainless steels, and plastics. We certify their origin and recycle the scrap.
